The Family Meets in California
We had a great time with the kids in California. Sam looked great and almost everyone was there at the Temple. We missed having Erin & Mark and Sarah, but we had a nice trip. One night was a little rough though, because Ben, Jamie, Josiah, Adam & Becca shared a hotel room with us in Fresno. I heard a lot of laughing way into the morning, but it was the kind of noise that you are thankful to hear. They seemed to be having so much fun. Anyway, the family sealed about half of the names that we took to the Temple and then we heard one of the best homecoming talks I think that I have ever heard. Sam did a great job. We were also able to spend some time with Josiah and Katie. Katie looks great. She really looks happy and Josiah is excited to be a daddy. This week Adam and Becca arrived to spend the summer. I posted a picture of the bedroom that they fixed up. It's fun to have them here. Mom and I have a couple of grow boxes started. I'll have to post an "after" picture when we have the veggies in and growing.

Dad, your grow boxes are awesome. I'm excited to have my own property now so I can grow a garden. Not this year though. You'll have to load us up with your zuccini and tomatos when we come up.
i love the room! i am excited to come and visit and stay in it. i will just have to kick adam and becca out! jk but i do get first dibbs on it for christmas ( that is unless the newlyweds are still there)-- it looks like i will be out there in august, september and december this year-yeah!
I really like the grow boxes! Did you build them? Josiah and I have a garden (Josiah does most of the work in it!) and our squash is finally flowering. Cool to watch!
Dad, Freemen is very excited about your motorcycle. He says its "cool".
